What are the common fault maintenance methods for full-height turnstiles and half-height turnstiles?

Turnstiles are mainly divided into full-height turnstiles and half-height turnstiles, which are suitable for strict control areas and can effectively prevent climbing and drilling. Most of them are all stainless steel rainproof boxes. Although the overall stainless steel is rainproof and sunscreen, there are still various problems in daily use. The following doorway will introduce you to the common faults of full-height turnstiles and half-height turnstiles. Repair method.

1. The coil buried wire of the full-height turnstile and the half-height turnstile is loose: when the local induction coil cannot be firmly fixed in the nest, the vibration of the car and other objects pressing on the road will cause the deformation of the coil in the nest, which will change the initial inductance of the ground induction. At this moment, the sensor needs to be reset before it can work normally. The solution is to pour melted asphalt inside to hold it in place.

2. Loose joint screws of full-height turnstiles and half-height turnstiles: The joint screws are connected by positive and negative threads, and the upper and lower bearings are connected by double-headed screws. If the screws are loose, the upper and lower positions will be inaccurate. . Use a 80MM long Ф4 iron rod to insert between the double-ended screws and rotate to adjust the brake rod up and down in place.

3. The screw of the arm of the full-height turnstile and the half-height turnstile is loose: if the screw is loose, it will form the gate of the full-height turnstile and the half-height turnstile of the access control channel. Suspend tightly and lock the nut.

4. In-position control of magnet relocation: full-height turnstiles and half-height turnstiles all use Cimin Hall elements. If the position of the rectangular magnet and the disc with the cam of the reducer is changed, it will be inaccurate in place. Adjust it precisely, without flipping it, and the problem is solved. 5. The power-off protection switch is powered off: when the control part of the full-height turnstile and half-height turnstile of the access control passage fails, the active protection devices of the full-height turnstile and half-height turnstile of the access control passage will automatically operate. The upper position does not move, the main power is disconnected, and the machine does not work. At this moment, open the door of the machine and turn the large belt clockwise for 3-8 circles to the upper position to recover. If it cannot be restored for so many times, it is necessary to check whether the Hall element and the circuit board are malfunctioning.

Note: Whether it is a full-height turnstile, a half-height turnstile, or other types of turnstiles, it is recommended that you do not repair it yourself, you can find a specialized manufacturer or company (such as a doorway) for troubleshooting.
